Since coming on board as winemaker at Gabriella Burlotto and Franco Bianco�s historic estate in 2000, Mario has steadily elevated his knowledge of the Castello's incredible collection of vineyards. With four exceptional sites at his command and a ton of talent , he has the resources to develop a mastery of the region that few can expect to achieve. All vines are farmed sustainably.
