When will my credit card be charged?
An Order In Progress
email will be sent
to notify you that your credit card has been charged. An
email does not mean that your credit card has been charged.
What do you charge for delivery?

How do I redeem a promotional code?
When placing your order online, enter the promotional code in the corresponding
field on the "Payment" page. You will see your discount applied on the "Review Order"
How will I know that my gift has been delivered?
A Delivery Notification
email will be sent
to you to confirm delivery. If you would like to check the status of your order,
please call or email us with your order number.
What happens if no one is available to accept the gift delivery?
Up to three attempts will be made to deliver your gift. A door tag with all pertinent
information will be left after each failed delivery attempt. Your recipient may
contact our delivery service at any time to schedule pick-up. If your recipient
has not contacted our delivery service and a third attempt has failed, the gift
will be returned to us and you will be responsible for any additional delivery charges.
*Someone 21 years of age or older must
be present to sign for the gift delivery.
If someone 21 years of age
or older will not be available at the delivery location, we suggest sending your
gift to a business address.
Will my gift be delayed during inclement weather?
Winter delays can be caused by road closures or air travel delays during severe
weather. Unfortunately, delays during inclement weather are out of our control.
We apologize for the inconvenience that these delays cause. We watch the weather
closely and will resume delivery as soon as conditions permit.
Can I cancel and receive a refund for my order?
To request a cancellation, call the 1-877-SPIRITS.COM Gift Concierge at 1-877-774-7487
as soon as possible. You may ask your recipients to refuse your gift if it’s in
transit. Once the gift is returned to us, you will be issued a refund, less the
original shipping fee, return shipping charges and restock fee. If your gift has
not been sent out, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Personalized Gifts cannot be returned or cancelled once processed.
*We suggest selecting Next Day Delivery to
ensure the quality and freshness of fragile gifts such as champagne, wine and gourmet
foods during extremely cold or hot weather.
