Light, and crisp, this champagne is well balanced, has notes of citrus, with a floral nose that is pairs well with all foods. Great with brunch, after work, a picnic, or celebration with friends.
The bottle is adorned with a hand-applied pewter badge and vacant of foil on the muselet as if it was pulled directly from the cellar in Epernay to be served in your home
Beau Joie Brut is a unique champagne that sets itself apart with its low dosage approach, ensuring minimal added sugars commonly found in other champagnes. It undergoes a meticulous aging process on lees for at least 4 years. During the disgorgement stage, a tiny amount of dosage is delicately added to each bottle, accentuating the fruit characteristics, and preserving the delightful acidity and citrus notes.
