Malbec

Malbec’s flavor profile is usually packed with dark fruits like blackberry, black plum, and black cherry.
You’ll often get rich, juicy fruit on the nose and palate, sometimes with hints of chocolate, leather,
tobacco, or spice, and a nice touch of oak if it’s aged in barrels. It tends to have softer tannins
than other bold reds, like Cabernet Sauvignon, but still has enough structure to
stand up to hearty foods.
