Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir is one of the most celebrated and elegant red wine varieties, but it’s
also one of the more finicky grapes to grow, which makes the wines it produces all the more special.
It’s notoriously difficult to cultivate because the grape is thin-skinned, highly sensitive to
temperature fluctuations, and vulnerable to disease, but when it’s grown in the right conditions,
it can produce some of the most delicate, nuanced wines.
