Chianti

Chianti is known for its distinct bottle, often encased in a straw-covered basket called a “fiasco,” although
more modern versions now come in regular glass bottles. There are several subregions within Chianti,
each producing wines with slightly different characteristics, such as Chianti Classico,
which comes from the heart of the Chianti region and is often considered the best.
