Tempranillo

Tempranillo wines typically have a medium to full body with a nice balance of
fruit, acidity, and tannins. The flavor profile usually features red and black fruits like cherry,
plum, and raspberry, along with earthy, leathery, and sometimes tobacco or herbal notes.
Depending on the style, you may also find hints of vanilla, spice, and oak,
especially if the wine has been aged in barrels (which is common in regions like Rioja,
where the aging process in oak is integral to the style of the wine).
