Bodegas Portia
Clean, bright, intense cherry aromas evolving to ruby-garnet. Intense and complex, with very ripe black fruits and hints of licorice, caramel, and cocoa. Powerful, fleshy, and very balanced. Long finish marked by roasted notes.
It’s easy to pair with any type of meat and grilled mushrooms. Pair with some flavorful or fatty fish, such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheeses, such as Emmental and Gruyère. Pasta with tomato and/or cheese.
