Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the most famous and widely planted red wine grape varieties in the world.
It’s known for its deep, dark color, bold flavors, and firm tannins. Often regarded as the “king” of red wine grapes,
it produces wines with a range of flavors that can include dark fruits like blackcurrant (cassiss),
black cherry, and plum, as well as notes of tobacco, vanilla, and sometimes even green bell pepper,
especially when the grape is not fully ripe or grown in cooler climates.
