Our Pinot Grigio is a zesty, refreshing wine crafted from grapes grown in the foothills of the Italian Alps in the Veneto region of Northeast Italy, where cool nights and warm days provide the ideal micro-climate. The Alps shield the vineyards from the cold Northern winds, while the Mediterranean heat ensures perfect ripening conditions. The alluvial and calcareous soils of the Venezie region impart fresh aromas and pleasant minerality that are characteristic of our Pinot Grigio. After being hand harvested, grapes are quickly transported and gently pressed to preserve freshness. The wine matures on lees in stainless steel tanks for three weeks, developing the optimal flavor profile.
