Description
It is only through this rigor in the vineyard and cellar that the wines retain their unique character. We recommend waiting a few years after bottling before drinking them.
Aerate white wines by decanting to allow the complex aromas to develop and allow all the finesse and personality of the terroir to express itself. Favor aeration in the glass for red wines; the fine and delicate character of Pinot Noir will be further enhanced.

Domaine Matrot
The village of Puligny Montrachet is world-renowned for its fine wines. The Chalumeaux terroir is located toward the Hameau de Blagny, on an east-facing hillside and on very stony, marly limestone soil.
A wine of beautiful aromatic complexity, combining concentration and finesse. Floral aromas and notes of roasted hazelnuts are supported by an elegant minerality.
