Oka is my sister’s horse; this superb Auxois witch bravely, quietly, works the soils of my best plots. This cuvée is a tribute to hard work, a meaningful values for us growers.

The Hautes Côte de Nuits differentiate them self from the Côte de Nuits by the viticulture. In the fifties started a trellising realized in high vines and a lower density. 4000 rootstocks per hectare wile in Côte 10000 is the norm. The vines a located on a plateau. At 350 metres above the sea level. The cooler climate permits the birth of high class white wines
