“We consider our farm an organic farm even though we are not certified yet; however, we are participating in the European project that encourages sustainable agriculture and we follow agricultural practices passed down through generations. We will combine the newly purchased vineyards with those of our family heritage to create a quality wine that best represents its territory of origin, which we aim to protect in every possible way. What has given consistency and shape to our family farm for generations is the respect for the work of our ancestors and the desire to continue this tradition.” – Claudio Fenocchio
