Finca Torremilanos Ribera del Duero Torre Albéniz Reserva

Selected grapes from our old vines located at Finca Torremilanos, mainly from the Adrián, Valdecañal, Centenos, and Almendros plots, located on the central hill of Torremilanos. These are warmer and more expressive boulder-lined vineyards. We complete the production of this wine by adding the Taxista, Calabaza, Toro Negro, Enebro, Titón, Marciano, and Higuera vines, which surround the hill. Average age: 80 years.

100% of the grapes are destemmed upon arrival. Alcoholic fermentation takes place for two weeks in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then transferred to 225-liter barrels for malolactic fermentation. In this vintage, the total barrel aging lasted 25 months.
