Someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for the gift delivery. If someone 21 years of age or older will not be available at the delivery location, we suggest sending your gift to a business address.

Standard Delivery: Allow 2 to 7 business days for U.S. deliveries. Standard delivery costs are specified during checkout. *All orders received after 3 PM EST, and on weekends or holidays, may be processed on the next business day.

International Delivery: Pricing and delivery dates vary depending on the destination. It will take anywhere from 2-4 business days to arrive, but can take up to 5 business days for customs to clear our packages. Call or email us for international delivery inquiries. If you have placed your order, our Gift Concierge Specialists may contact you regarding the additional delivery costs and estimated delivery dates. Expedited delivery is permitted in some international locations for an additional fee.

Extreme Weather (Hot/Cold): We recommend selecting Second Day or Next Day delivery to ensure the quality and freshness of your gifts that include fragile items such as champagne, wine and gourmet gift basket items. Please be advised that 1-877-SPIRITS.COM cannot be held responsible for any packages delayed due to unforeseen delays such as “Adverse Weather Conditions”. Please be further advised that 1-877-SPIRITS.COM cannot be held responsible for packages that become stolen or damaged after they have been delivered to the address specified. As these events occur, the item and/or shipping costs cannot be refunded.
