These flavors of vanilla, caramel and assorted fruits assure an incredibly smooth taste and finish. This very small batch, handcrafted bourbon has been aged in the heart of metal clad warehouses to accentuate the extreme temperatures that Kentucky is blessed with, forcing the bourbon to expand deep into the barrel and pull out the prevalent flavors of the wood.

Jefferson’s Bourbon
Founded in 1997, Jefferson’s is the brainchild of Trey Zoeller and his father Chet, a famed bourbon historian. They continued a family whiskey tradition that goes back to Trey’s 8th generation grandmother who was arrested in 1799 for the “production and sales of spirituous liquors.”
Trey’s curious and experimental mindset has allowed him to push the boundaries of bourbon whiskey, upholding tradition while still searching for new possibilities.
