Years in the making (and years of eagerly waiting on our side), TX Bourbon is finally here. Made at the Firestone Roberston Distillery in Forth Worth, Texas – like everything else in Texas, this distillery is big and so is their Bourbon. Made from a wheated mash of local grains and a proprietary yeast the whiskey does a beautiful job of weaving the subtle, sweeter notes of a wheater with the bolder, colossal impact several years of Texas weather will do to these casks. This is awesome stuff. Still available in limited quantities for now.
