Rayab Gin

Bayab gins are distilled from locally grown sugar cane. The maceration is made from African botanicals:juniper berries, coriander, rosemary, cinnamon, lemon peel, baobab and orange. It is then mixed with the purest water from the KwaZulu Natal Midlands. Distilled in a copper Still Pot, in small quantities.
