Lafayette NY is the beautiful backdrop of the 1911 and Beak & Skiff brands and this cider is a nod to General Lafayette a French military officer who heroically served in both the American and French Revolutions. Lafayette Hard Cider is semi-dry aromatic and complex — made with a rare blend of traditional and bittersweet European apple varieties grown on our private Beak & Skiff orchard.
