Made in small batches from local sugar cane and handcrafted, Bayab Gin is carefully distilled in copper pot stills. Bayab Rose Water Gin captures the essence of its native land by combining the purest Midlands water with African botanicals such as the fruit of the Zambian baobab tree, cinnamon, rose petals, and coriander. The addition of rose water and sea salt enhances the floral and iodine notes for a gin with remarkable flavors.
