Beau Joie Demi Sec undergoes a careful aging process on lees for at least 6 years. Once the wine is disgorged, we introduce additional sweetness through dosage. This step not only enhances the fruit characteristics of the wine but also adds a distinct sweetness, making it an ideal choice for pre or post-dinner enjoyment
