Description
This is a wine from a genuine Pago. It’s a terroir from which we learn something new every year, ensuring that each vintage is superior to the previous one, despite the differences between them. The vineyards are located at the foot of a hill, protected to the north by a mountain range and facing south, toward two natural lagoons. The climate is extreme, with very cold winters and hot summers that result in minimal rainfall. The soil is galets on the surface (perfect drainage), subsoil with clays with a high retention potential (this causes the vines to suffer moderate water stress in summer), and a layer of slate underneath that acts as a pond.
