SMALL-BATCH COPPER POT DISTILLING

Industrial distillation processes usually result in a bland, stale gin. Instead, we first steep our botanicals to release their essential flavors. Then, we distill in small batches in a Carl copper pot still to slowly extract flavor from the fresh citrus peels and botanicals. The copper interacts with the alcohol to remove bitter notes, resulting in a smoother gin with greater complexity
