Morning fog and warm, sunny afternoons allow the grapes to fully ripen while maintaining the natural acidity, floral aromas, and citrus flavors characteristic of a California Chardonnay. Barrel fermentation enhances the wine’s texture, contributing to a rich and creamy finish.
