The 2022 vintage boasts a deep garnet hue with aromas of ripe plum, berry compote, blackberry and clove, underlain by hints of pine, cedar and vanilla. All fruit is hand-picked, then sorted by cutting-edge optical technology. This wine is fermented with proprietary native yeast cultivated from the DAOU Estate and made from 100 percent free run juice.
The Bodyguard Collection is inspired by the personal journey of brothers Georges and Daniel Daou. Each Bodyguard wine is made in tribute to their mother Marie, who safeguarded them through times of trial.
