Aerate white wines by decanting to allow the complex aromas to develop and allow all the finesse and personality of the terroir to express itself. Favor aeration in the glass for red wines; the fine and delicate character of Pinot Noir will be further enhanced.
Domaine Matrot
The grapes are harvested in two plots at the bottom of the Volnay Santenots hillsides. A structured and powerful wine, yet retaining all the elegance and purity of fruit sought after in a Pinot Noir. On the palate, fleshy black fruits, a solid structure that will soften after a few years in the bottle.
