Ideal vineyards: We source from three places in California with warm days and cool nights where Sauvignon Blanc can thrive – Suisun Valley (within Solano County), Lake County and Napa Valley. More than half our grapes come from Suisun, an agricultural gem just a short drive from Napa.

Farming notes: We use vineyard techniques to ensure optimal sunlight during the growing season, which eliminates any herbaceous character while achieving a perfect level of ripeness.
