Aged for 13 months in 225-liter French and American oak barrels from our own cooperage in the winery (25% second-use barrels). Clarified with fresh, local, organic natural egg whites (35 g/hl). Filtered through a nominal micron filter before bottling.
At Finca Torremilanos we enjoy distinct microclimates marked by the confluence of the Atlantic and Mediterranean Seas, and the soil composition is diverse due to the erosion and sedimentation of the Duero River. The soil is strewn with boulders. The average age of the vineyard is around 40 years.
