Description
Jefferson’s Ocean Aged at Sea fully matured for at least four years, then placed in rickhouses on ships to travel the globe. The constant agitation, weather conditions and sea-salt air impart a flavor like no other bourbon on the market. As wheat is a softer grain than rye, it allows the flavors that are intrinsic of Ocean voyages to be amplified as it will not compete with those flavors as the spice of the rye does.

Jefferson’s Bourbon
Founded in 1997, Jefferson’s is the brainchild of Trey Zoeller and his father Chet, a famed bourbon historian. They continued a family whiskey tradition that goes back to Trey’s 8th generation grandmother who was arrested in 1799 for the “production and sales of spirituous liquors.”
Trey’s curious and experimental mindset has allowed him to push the boundaries of bourbon whiskey, upholding tradition while still searching for new possibilities.
