Description
This mezcal is elaborated with Maguey Espadin (Agave Angustifolia) and Maguey Tobala (Agave Potatorum Zucc) and distilled three times in copper stills. Our espadin Agaves are harvested at 8 years old, reaching an optimal maturiration, while Tobalá is harvested at 12 in wild natural conditions.
