The master distiller rightly considers that the quality of the grain has a strong impact on the distillation, aging and complexity of the final product. Double distilled in American oak barrels, then aged in a natural environment favorable to aging, The Peated evokes sweetness and fruit with a smoky finish. This masterpiece is made with care and passion and is reduced with natural spring water from Mount Daisen.
