A true expression of Australian identity, this Signature Single Malt Whisky is made with 100% premium Australian malted barley, brewed and fermented in the Morris family brewery. Pure, filtered Snowy Mountains water is used throughout the production process. The distillery combines decades of tradition and an original 1930s hybrid copper and column still with contemporary techniques to create a unique whisky. The precious liquid finishes its ageing in the estate’s ex-mutated wine casks, developing deep and persistent flavours of black cherry and cocoa.
