As this wine is made to be fruity and tasted quite young, we add a significant proportion of tailles, which makes L’Esquisse very easy drinking.

TERROIR AND SOILS
Cuisles, Jonquery, Châtillon-sur-Marne.
90% of the soils are composed of green clays over limestone marls.
VINIFICATION
Base: 70% of 2020 and 30% of 2021
- Grapes hand-picked in market gardening crates
- Malolactic fermentation
- Use of homemade mine sulfur
- Sugar added at disgorging: to be determined

18 months on average
