Built to last, this wine is aged up to 29 months in new Taransaud French oak barrels to lend elegance to its unmistakable hillside character. ROY ESTATE
The 2021 Roy Estate Cabernet Sauvignon commands the spotlight with its arresting color, exhilarating bouquet, and assertive presence on the palate. Inky and intensely saturated from rim to core in the glass, the wine exudes confidence with densely concentrated blackcurrant and blackberry notes. Clove and allspice follow to provide an exotic complement to the substantial dark fruit. Most notable, however, is a distinct mineral, gravelly aspect that rises from the glass.
