The Terroir Único Cabernet Franc is a quite symbolic wine for us. I could say that it is one of the many milestones that we have had and are going to have. It comes from our own farm, from the first harvest that we were able to get from the two clones we have: one French and one Italian. It is a unique Cabernet Franc, with minimal intervention in the winery, with native yeast, with very gentle extractive movements, seeking simplicity, and with a subsequent relatively short aging specifically, without wood. An authentic specimen, with vision and a lot of potential. A wine that will make people talk.
