Château de Pibarnon Bandol

The 2023 rosé does indeed come from a relatively dry year, but it expresses this aspect in a very positive way, through density, energy and contained power.
When we taste it, on February 22, it is still waiting for several weeks, to relax, amplify, harmonize; but already it is an avalanche of red fruits, some spices, a bit of characteristic licorice, and a carnal and pulpy amplitude that trigger an explosion of sensations… sensational!
By summer, it will gain in flesh and saline length, enhanced by some elegant little bitters.
