Cabernet Sauvignon

Grapes grown at our five family estates in Yountville form the foundation for our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine opens with aromas of cherries, cassis, and currant, with softer notes of brown butter, toffee, baking chocolate, toasted oak, rainbow peppercorns and bay leaf. This medium-bodied wine is silky with flavors of baked berries, brown butter, and vanilla. The fruit is beautifully integrated with lightly toasted oak leading to lengthy finish.
