The agave in the Código 1530 Blanco Still Strength Estate Harvest comes from fields that Código 1530 maintains with care. After being harvested at peak maturity and ripeness, the agave undergoes a slow-cooking process. True to the time-honored practices of Código 1530, it’s then fermented in elegant French White Oak Napa Valley wine barrels. Finally, the tequila is distilled in small batches. This meticulous process allows the bright agave taste to shine, supported by notes of mint and black pepper.
