Golden color with brick-red highlights. Extremely complex aroma, revealing notes of cinnamon, pepper, ginger, exotic woods, varnish, cedar, dried fruits like hazelnut and almond, and nuances of ripe fruits and jams. On the palate, it has excellent structure, harmoniously balancing sugars and acidity. The finish is elegant, long, and very persistent.

The wines are aged in the cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia, in traditional oak casks of approximately 640 liters. During this period, they are frequently subjected to racking, analysis, and tastings, which allow their evolution to be monitored. The final blend is generally obtained using wines aged between 15 and 30 years, in order to achieve an average age of 20 years, ensuring the quality and style of Ferreira.
